Warranty questions, answered
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults — the motor, the atomiser, the electronics. If your device stops performing as it should under normal use, we repair or replace it. Damage from drops, water, or oils other than ISCENT fragrance falls outside the warranty.
How long am I covered?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. Registering today records that date, so there is nothing to prove later.
Do I need my receipt?
Keep it if you have it. Your order number — from iscent.com, Amazon, or a retail partner — is usually enough. If neither is at hand, register anyway; our care team will help trace the purchase.
I bought my device on Amazon or in store. Am I covered?
Yes. Coverage is the same wherever you purchased. Registration matters most for Amazon and retail purchases — it is how we connect your device to you.
How do I make a claim?
Write to customer.service@iscent.com with the email you registered and a note on what the device is doing. If the fault is covered, we arrange the repair or replacement from Dubai.
