Shipping policy

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and internationally to 47 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, along with destinations across Europe, North America and Asia.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over AED 1,500, within the UAE and internationally.

For orders below that value, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. All available options and their cost are shown before you pay.

Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are displayed and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are payable by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and there is no restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
