Offices

Reception sets the tone for visitors and staff alike; boardrooms and client suites carry it through; open floors are scented lightly, if at all, and only with compositions that stay out of the way of a working day. We favour citrus-and-wood and white-tea structures for workplaces, which read as clarity rather than sweetness, and we specify intensity per unit so a small meeting room is never treated like an atrium. Standalone cold-air units suit most floors; HVAC integration is available for large lobbies and multi-floor rollouts.

Clinics and salons

A clinic's first job is to reassure. A clean, quiet fragrance in reception and the waiting area does that work before anyone speaks, and it removes the antiseptic edge without masking it. Cold-air diffusion has no heat and no water, so there is nothing to spill or warm, and the mist is dry and residue-free. All ISCENT fragrances are IFRA-compliant with Health and Safety certification from Dubai Municipality, composed without parabens, phthalates or synthetics, and every unit's intensity is adjustable, so treatment rooms can be left unscented while reception carries the signature.

How an engagement works

Will staff find it distracting? The compositions we specify for workplaces are built to sit below conscious attention after the first minutes; intensity is set low and adjusted after the first week of feedback.

Can specific rooms stay unscented? Yes. Coverage is specified per unit and per zone.

Is it safe around patients? Cold-air diffusion is heatless and waterless, the fragrances are IFRA-compliant and certified by Dubai Municipality, and clinical rooms can be excluded from coverage.

How is it maintained? By our technicians, on a scheduled cycle included in the engagement.
