How do I install or set up the Ensō Diffuser?
It’s simple. Just drop in your fragrance bottle, press the power button, and choose your preferred settings. The diffuser is designed to be plug-and-play, with no complicated setup or app required.
Is a fragrance included in the box?
No — the Ensō arrives ready for the fragrance you choose. Every ISCENT scent comes in a 100 ml bottle for the Ensō, from AED 120. If you haven’t chosen yet, the AED 50 sample sets are the easy way to find your scent first.
How long does it run?
In manual mode the Ensō runs for 8 hours and then switches itself off (there’s a 1-hour mode too). In autonomous mode it starts itself at the same time every day — switch it on at 9am and it runs, rests, and resumes at 9am tomorrow. A 100 ml bottle lasts about three weeks to a month at roughly eight hours a day, and moves toward 30 to 60 days on lighter schedules.
How much does a luxury scent diffuser cost in Dubai?
The Ensō Diffuser is AED 1,100 in Dubai and across the UAE, in gold, black or silver. The price includes the diffuser, power adapter, USB-C cable, a spare nozzle and a spare gasket. Four-hour delivery is available across the UAE, and orders over AED 1,500 ship free. Fragrance oil is sold separately: 100 ml bottles run from AED 120 to AED 250, and one bottle lasts about three weeks to a month at roughly eight hours of diffusion a day. The Ensō Mini, for cars and compact rooms, is AED 550.
Is Ensō an essence oil or essential oil diffuser?
Ensō is an essence oil diffuser. It is engineered for concentrated diffuser fragrance oils, which some brands call essence oils, and not for neat single-ingredient essential oils or for anything diluted in water. ISCENT oils are composed by master perfumers to the density the cold-air mechanism expects; thick or unrefined oils diffuse poorly and can clog the nozzle. If you prefer naturally derived botanicals, the Wellness compositions (Harmonizing Boost, Breathe Easy, Grasslands, Aromatic, Purifying, Zen Fusion) are all-natural blends made for the same device.
