How does an engagement begin?
With a conversation. We visit your space, understand the brand and the rooms, and recommend the right systems and fragrances — before anything is signed.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. We offer paid on-site trials, so you can live with your scent in your own space before entering a long-term agreement.
How much does scent marketing cost?
Every space is different — coverage, system type, and fragrance choice set the investment. A consultation gives you a precise proposal for your property.
Can you create a fragrance unique to our brand?
Yes. Signature scent creation is our craft — master perfumers compose a fragrance to your brief, refined with you through sampling until it is unmistakably yours.
How quickly can we be up and running?
Standalone diffusion can be live very quickly; HVAC-integrated projects depend on the property. You'll have a clear timeline with your proposal.
Can you scent large or multi-floor spaces?
Yes. Beyond standalone cold-air diffusers, we design HVAC-integrated diffusion that carries scent evenly through large and multi-zone properties.
Who maintains the system?
We do. Scheduled servicing, fragrance replenishment, and performance checks are part of the engagement — your team never has to think about it.
Do you work outside Dubai?
We are based in Dubai and serve clients across the Emirates. Larger rollouts beyond the Emirates are considered case by case.
Is ambient scenting safe for guests and staff?
Yes. Cold-air diffusion uses no heat or water, and our oils are IFRA-compliant with Health and Safety certification from Dubai Municipality — composed without parabens, phthalates, or synthetics.
