Does the Ensō Diffuser use water or heat?
No. The Ensō is a waterless and heatless diffuser, which means it doesn’t dilute the fragrance or alter its composition. It diffuses fragrance oil directly into the air using cold-air technology.
How should I use the Ensō around children and pets?
All of our fragrance oils are IFRA-compliant and carry Health and Safety certification from Dubai Municipality. They are made for diffusing, not for skin or swallowing. Keep bottles and your diffuser out of reach of children and pets, and diffuse in a ventilated room. Cats and birds can be sensitive to diffused fragrance, so make sure pets can leave the room, and stop using the oil if anyone, person or pet, seems irritated.
