  • How will I know when my Enso has shipped?
    Products currently in stock typically ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number promptly once your order has been shipped.
  • What’s in ISCENT fragrances?
    Weincorporate premium essential oils into our fragrances, ensuring the highest quality. Additionally, we employ pure and safe synthetic alternatives when an essential oil is identified as allergenic, unsustainable, or lacks safety clearance from IFRA (International Fragrance Association). Our commitment goes beyond strict health and ecological regulations, surpassing industry standards. All fragrance ingredients are IFRA-approved, meeting safety standards for
    continuous inhalation over 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout a natural lifetime. We take pride in our 100% transparency regarding the ingredients used.

  • How big of an area will my Ensō cover?
    The Ensō leverages the room's airflow to uniformly disperse ultra-fine scent molecules. The coverage area may vary based on factors like ceiling height, partitions, and natural airflow. Generally, when strategically placed, a single Ensō can scent a room with an open floor plan and an average ceiling height of 3.5 meters, covering an area between 1,000-2,000 ft.
  • Does the Ensō come with a fragrance capsule?
    Fragrance capsules, and diffusers are each sold separately. Capsule volume differs by collection and capsule type for each diffuser size.   • Is ISCENT fragrances safe for families and pets?
    Certainly. When used according to instructions, ISCENT fragrances are devoid of harmful VOCs, and leaves no residue on surfaces. As pet owners ourselves, we prioritize the safety of our fragrances, ensuring they are pet-friendly for our furry and feathered companions.
  • Can I change fragrances?
    Yes indeed! Switch them as much as your heart/mood desires!
  • Is there any way to sample the fragrances before buying?
    Yes! Try 5 scents for $20 and get $20 off when you buy a diffuser.
  • Is the Ensō battery operated?
    Yes it is! When your Ensō is plugged into the wall the battery will be charging up so you can move it around as you do!


  • Do you offer subscriptions?
    Yes, we do! Subscribe and save up to 10% on all of our fragrances delivered automatically on your schedule.

  • What is your return Policy?
    We're so confident that you'll adore your Ensō, and that's why we offer a 60-day
    money-back guarantee from the date of delivery on all verified purchases (verified purchases must include an order number to confirm purchase history).
    If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with your device, please reach out to

    we'll be happy to assist you. In the event that the product is defective or damaged, we'll gladly accept your return and provide a replacement, covering
